The UKRCO Committee are delighted to invite submissions of papers for oral, poster and ePoster presentations.

Submission categories:
Short papers
Presenters each receive a 10 minute slot which comprises of an 8 minute oral presentation and 2 minutes for questions.
If your submission is original work, research or scientific you would qualify to submit as an oral presentation.

Poster presenters
A poster board within the exhibition hall will be allocated to each poster. All posters must be in portrait layout, A0 size (841 × 1189 mm).
If your submission is an audit, a case study or education based you would qualify to submit as a poster presentation.

ePoster presenters
ePoster presenters will receive an email with a link to the ePoster building website. The website had templates which you can use to build your ePoster along with a blank template where you can build your own layout. You will not be able to use another facility to build your ePoster.
If your submission is an audit, a case study or education based you would qualify to submit as a ePoster presentation.

Review criteria:
A ‘blind’ selection process will be used for all submissions. No identifying features such as names of hospitals, medical schools, clinics or cities may be listed in the title or text of the abstract. Do not include the names of authors. The names of the authors and their affiliations (institutions) will be requested separately when you submit the abstract online.
Abstracts submitted will be reviewed by a panel of experts in the field of the category submitted. Please note that the final decision of the presentation category is decided by the education programme panel.
